Annette Gann

Annette specialises in and takes pleasure from, employee communications and engagement, CSR planning and implementation and event management. She is a proud holder of an MSc in Corporate Communications and is passionate about social purpose, social responsibility and physical and mental wellbeing.

With 30 years experience in marketing, media relations, crisis management, CSR and employee communications, Annette has supported a wide range of industries including construction, agriculture, utilities, software and engineering both nationally in the UK and internationally.

Annette is the co-author of Feel Good. Do Good. Work. a book that takes both prospective or existing employees on a journey of how to balance their mental and physical wellbeing with leading a fulfilling personal life, feeling fully engaged at work and remaining true to their life’s purpose. It’s also a book for  business leaders who care about the wellbeing, motivation and engagement of their teams as fundamental components of successful business practice. 

She is an NLP Master Practitioner and enjoys coaching and supporting others in learning how to set short, medium and long-term goals, allowing any limiting beliefs to fall away so that they can live their best life. 

 Annette is a co-founder of the South Warwickshire Charity and Not for Profit Forum linking businesses with community organisations and facilitating their shared purpose for societal benefit.

Kelly Milburn

Kelly’s expertise is in engaging people to be confident to make great choices, enhance their learning and develop and evolve their skills within their role and system within which they operate. A keen learner, Kelly continues to work on her own skills and professional development.  She completed a Masters in Business Psychology to further support her work in Degree Apprenticeship teaching, senior leadership coaching and as an Independent Apprenticeship Assessor (IAA) for the CMI.

Having previously studied physiology, and exercise referral Kelly has a keen interest in the mind-body connection and has developed her understanding of this in a variety of work contexts over the course of her 30-year career supporting automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, NHS, construction and financial services industries in sales, sales and field training, coaching and leadership development.

She excels in customer facing scenarios and effortlessly builds trust and strong relationships. This is largely achieved by her passion for what she does, her unquenchable interest in coaching as an engaging developmental tool, and her adherence to her strong personal values. To support her work in these areas, she is qualified in the use of DiSC, Harrison Assessment and applies the principles of appreciative inquiry where appropriate. Kelly wraps this entire package up in a layer of strategic thinking coupled with a sense of fun, enthusiasm and a passion for exploration.

Kelly delivers experiential learning tailored to each group or individual, encouraging people to go beyond their habits and create new ways of thinking and achieving. This often involves engaging learners in a high degree of curiosity, co-creation, and challenge to include virtual facilitation.

Kelly lives in Warwickshire with her husband, son and daughter, each year completing a variety of charity events and the most recent of these events involving cycling.
