Annette specialises in and takes pleasure from, employee communications and engagement, CSR planning and implementation and event management. She is a proud holder of an MSc in Corporate Communications and is passionate about social purpose, social responsibility and physical and mental wellbeing.

With 30 years experience in marketing, media relations, crisis management, CSR and employee communications, Annette has supported a wide range of industries including construction, agriculture, utilities, software and engineering both nationally in the UK and internationally.

Annette is the co-author of Feel Good. Do Good. Work. a book that takes both prospective or existing employees on a journey of how to balance their mental and physical wellbeing with leading a fulfilling personal life, feeling fully engaged at work and remaining true to their life’s purpose. It’s also a book for  business leaders who care about the wellbeing, motivation and engagement of their teams as fundamental components of successful business practice. 

She is an NLP Master Practitioner, Personal Performance Coach and qualified Mental Health First Aider. Annette enjoys coaching and supporting others in learning how to set short, medium and long-term goals, allowing any limiting beliefs to fall away so that they can live their best life. 

 Annette is a co-founder of the South Warwickshire Charity and Not for Profit Forum linking businesses with community organisations and facilitating their shared purpose for societal benefit.
